What a fine early hourglass. This beautiful example of early time keeping has great dark pine surface, and is in perfect old condition. It measures 5" tall and 2 3/4" in diameter. These are usually made in England, and date to the mid 18th C.

This is an interesting wig. It was theatrical or made for someone that needed a wig, and is made of horsehair and throughly sewn onto a brown chintz backing.

Nice historic horsehair wig. This one has a label inside from Philadelphia, so its American. The wig measures what your own head would measure, it fits me!

Above is an extremely early table casket. Used to hold small trinkets. It is cast brass, measures 5" x 3 1/4" x 3". The velet interior is an old replacement, and as you can see the hasp was broken long ago.

Here's an early hand wrought iron fork. Nice and long so you can reach into the fireplace with ease. It has a graceful loop handle, and a twisted stem. It measures 22" long.

What a handsome pair of andirons! They are all wrought iron, and measure 16" tall and 15" deep. Ready for a big fire?

Here's a classic cast iron sundial. It has the latitude right on it in raises letters. It measures 10" in diameter and 5" tall.

Here is a nice early 2 gallon ovoid stonware jug from M.C. Webster and Sons, Hartford, CT. It has a nice splash of blue on the impressed name, and around the handle. It also has a little dent on one side from the kiln I guess. It measures 13" tall x 9" diameter. No cracks or chips.

Here is a very unusual and nice early piece. I've never seen a covered horn container. This one is in nice old condition. It measures 4" tall and 2 7/8" in diameter. Found in Kentucky, I am sure its American.

Here's a handsome brass telescope. It is a three draw, expanding from 8" to 22". It works perfectly, I can see the birds in the tree across the street. 2" diameter. Hard to say how old, of if it is American or English.
